Flip Connect was founded in 2001 with the aim of providing high quality telecoms backed up with first class customer support. Originally based in Hertford, subsequently the base was moved to Harpenden, the company is now based in Welwyn and has gone from strength to strength during its 10 years of trading. Offering both traditional telecoms solutions as well as VoIP products Flip were well placed to meet the needs of any business.

Over time Flip developed a strong relationship with market leading VoIP providers and began to specilise in this area. This in turn led to Flip being able to offer their very own hosted VoIP solution. Flip is also a Cisco Select Partner and won the Cisco European Deal of the Year 2009 for a large deal that was put together for a large hotel. Flip currently employs engineers who have qualifications from market leaders such as Cisco, Avaya, Netgear and Samsung.
