Press "more" and then "transfer." Then dial the number you need to transfer to. To complete the transfer you can either hang up to send the call straight through. Or you can wait until the other person has answered and then hang up to complete the transfer. If you try and transfer and the other person does not answer you need to scroll back up to the original call using the up and down arrows on the phone and then press the resume key. If you are using a 7911 once you scroll up to the original call press the octogan button to resume the original call.
