There are 2 ways for forwarding the handsets: 1. You can do it via the handset itself. To do this press Forward > Enter the number to forward to > Press Forward again. 2. You can do it via the web portal. To do this browse to ppm.flipconnect.co.uk > click on Call Management > Click on Call Treatment > Click the edit button underneath funcitons (the picture of the hand writing on paper) > Change the drop down to "forward to number" > Enter the number > Save. To remove it follow the same process but change the drop down to disabled and then save.
